The hardest part in real estate investing is actually DOING IT. You can read all the books you can get your hands on and learn as much as you can from other investors, but at the end of the day, if you want to make money, you have to do it yourself. It is scary in the beginning, but you won’t make any money doing nothing but reading books and websites about real estate investing. I suppose the biggest concern beginning real estate investors have is that the real estate market will collapse and they will lose all their money. Well, honestly, everyone that decides to invest in property thinks that. It is a normal feeling. You cannot let that fear prevent you from taking a risk that could potentially be huge for you and your family. They always say the higher the risk, the higher the reward.
